Jillian Harrington, PhD, is a seasoned leader in laboratory and operations management. With over two decades of experience spanning government, hospital, and private laboratories, she has consistently delivered results in accreditation, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
Dr. Harrington's journey in healthcare leadership began at the Oregon State Police as a Forensic Scientist, followed by roles at leading institutions such as Kaiser Permanente and ZRT Laboratory. Her extensive tenure at Molecular Testing Labs and Nomi Health further honed her expertise in clinical development, quality management, and assay development.
Dr. Harrington holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut. She is a certified High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) by the American Board of Bioanalysis and holds a New York Certificate of Qualification.
