Ready-to-use approach to high-parameter cytometry.

Building Blocks.

Eliminate wasted specimens and weeks of development time.

Use pre-validated, modular cytometry panels for clinical trials.

The challenges with panel design in cytometry

Too small

Basic TBNK Panels

Miss crucial development markers needed for informed decisions about your drug's mechanism of action.
Too expensive

Custom Panels

Require weeks of validation time and significant investment, often sitting unused after development.
Too large

Large Fixed Panels

Use panel real estate on markers irrelevant to your specific drug program's needs.

Our Solution

Mix and match components

Snap in pre-validated modules on the same specimen to create the perfect panel for your specific mechanism of action. Start with essential markers and expand as needed.

Finalize Panel Configuration
  • These blocks are designed to fit together into one 35+ marker panel. However, if you only want to know the functional subsets of general T, B, NK, myeloid cells, you can choose to run only TBNKM and Functional Subsets.

Panel Verification
  • Once you decide your panel, we'll perform panel verification on three healthy control samples to demonstrate the assay performance and discuss gating strategy with you and your scientific team.
  • Optional: Perform inter-run, intra-run assay validation.

Sample Processing
  • Real-time: We can run samples individually and deliver results in 7-14 days upon sample receipt.
  • Batched: We can also process samples in batch (e.g. after all timepoints of a patient are collected, or after all samples of a cohort are collected, etc.)
Absolute Cell Counts
  • We can integrate absolute cell count data from your external CRO with this service.

Building Blocks
You ran a precision study on the whole panel. Why do I need another one if I'm using fewer blocks?

You don't need a precision study, per se. But, if you do want one: the original performance data from our inter-run, intra-run data applies to the whole panel. In this case if you pick a subset of building blocks (i.e. Block I and Block IV), the gating strategy would be different, so it would merit another validation.

Building Blocks
Is building blocks compatible with absolute cell counts?

We can integrate absolute cell count data from your external CRO with this service.
