  • Ranked output: The top 100 results are automatically ranked by p-value and displayed with fold changes.
  • Clear display: Results appear in a sortable table, with columns for Population, Marker, Analysis Type, Magnitude, P-Value, and Endpoint.
  • Flexible analysis: Supports multiple types of readouts, including population frequency, marker expression, absolute cell counts, and functional subset frequencies.
