Teiko Dashboard: Log₂ Fold change now available as a baseline normalization method

You can choose how to visualize immune changes in your cytometry datasets with two baseline normalization options: Log₂ Fold Change or Absolute Change.

With both baseline normalization options, you can analyze your cytometry data in two powerful, complementary ways:

• Absolute Change - View the raw difference between baseline and on-treatment values (e.g., from 1% to 1.1% = +0.1%)
• Log₂ Fold Change - See the relative intensity of change from baseline on a standardized scale (e.g., log₂(2) = 1 for a 2-fold increase)

Use them together to explore both magnitude and proportional shifts in immune cell frequencies, giving you a more complete picture of your cytometry data.
