Samples QC live on the Teiko Dashboard

Your cytometry samples quality control (QC) report is now live on the Teiko Dashboard! The feature solves a problem that costs clinical teams hours each week: hunting through Excel spreadsheets and waiting for static PDF reports to understand sample quality.

Clinical teams send samples to CROs and get PDF reports weeks later. These teams juggle multiple spreadsheets scattered across different systems, making it hard to see how samples are being QC'd. 

‍What our samples QC feature does

Trial sponsors see sample quality data as it happens. Everything lives in one centralized location that's easy to navigate. Four key metrics:

• Cell count post-thaw: Recovered cells after freeze/thaw handling
• Viability post-thaw: Sample integrity and cell survival rates
• Total events acquired: Acquisition depth across all events
• Live singlets acquired: Final usable cell counts for analysis

Log into app.teiko.bio. Navigate to "Samples QC" in the navigation bar and see real-time QC data updates. Make informed decisions without Excel files, waiting, or guessing.

We built the Samples QC feature to work with our TokuKit blood stabilization system and cytometry lab services. This feature is available for all studies starting today.
