A simple question like "Did my sample arrive yet?", has required emails, phone calls, and waiting. As drug developers, your time should be spent on advancing your clinical trial and getting your drug to patients, not chasing down sample logistics.

We're excited to announce that real-time kit and sample tracking is now live in the Teiko dashboard. This feature was built to solve a simple problem: to give you immediate, on-demand visibility into your sample status without having to ask.

See everything in one place

Starting today, when you log into your project on app.teiko.bio, you will see a new "Kits" section.

Here, you can track high-level order fulfillment status and see exactly where kits are headed.

Drilling down into the "Sample Overview" tab, you can track individual samples from the moment they are collected to the moment they are received in our lab. You can instantly see key information like collection dates, receive dates, and any site-level comments.

You’ll see the following status for each kit:

  • Pending Sample Collection
    •  = TokuKits have been sent out to your clinical site and are awaiting sample collection.
  • Sample Collected at Site
    •   = Samples have been collected, registered, and are awaiting return to Teiko.
  • Sample Received at Teiko  
    • = Samples have arrived at Teiko and are awaiting processing.
  • Processed and Preparing for Analysis  
    • = Samples have been processed, analysis is in progress.
  • Sample Results Ready  
    • = Results have been uploaded to your dashboard

Availability

Kit and sample tracking is now active for all clients with ongoing spectral or mass cytometry projects. We will be rolling this out to customers who use Teiko solely for our TokuKits in the coming weeks.
