SITC 2024: Whole Blood Fixation with Spectral Cytometry

This video highlights our work to optimize antibody clones for fixed whole blood analysis on a 25-marker spectral flow panel. Our results show a strong correlation in cell population (r = 0.97) frequencies between fixed and live samples.
