Join Justin Jarrell from Teiko as he presents the performance of our 25-marker spectral flow cytometry panel on whole blood samples fixed with our TokuKit. The TokuKit solves a major problem in immunotherapy trials: getting reliable cytometry results from whole blood samples. 10-20% of live whole blood samples profiled by cytometry are “out of spec” and as a result, are often unusable for drug developers in the pharmacodynamics studies of their trial. We present a performance comparison on the spectral flow panel, showing 0.97 and 0.91 correlation between live and fixed for the quantified frequencies of immune cell phenotypic populations and functional marker subsets, respectively. Further, the results demonstrate impressive reproducibility, with CVs of 5% intra-run and 7% inter-run, along with high accuracy using fluorescence-minus experiments.
