We’ve officially released a major upgrade to the Teiko Dashboard: Samples Overview.
This update introduces the Key Metadata Distribution, Sample QC, and Gating Scheme Plots tabs - an all-in-one centralized view to help you navigate your cytometry data more efficiently.
This tab provides a high-level overview of the study cohort, making it easy to interpret sample distribution across key clinical variables such as treatment status, timepoint, and response category.
The new Sample Quality Control (QC) page brings essential quality metrics and study metadata into one unified table. It’s designed to clearly display pass/fail criteria for each specimen, ensuring transparency for your cytometry data.
Key features include:
This QC interface ensures analytical integrity by providing full transparency into sample-specific quality data, enabling more confident downstream cytometry data analysis.
The new Gating Scheme Plots view enables sample-by-sample review of gating plots, providing clarity on how immune populations and functional markers are defined.
Key features:
This view allows you to verify gate placement and assess event distributions across both parent populations and functional markers. Whether you're reviewing samples with lower cell counts, comparing responders vs non-responders, or simply auditing gating consistency across a cohort, the interface brings greater visibility and confidence to cytometry data interpretation.
This integrated workflow addresses a key pain point: previously, reviewing sample QC metrics and gating strategies required combing through multiple PDF reports. Now, everything is centralized in the Dashboard, saving you and your team valuable time and allowing you to focus on scientific interpretation instead of manual data compilation.
